CREATE AN ADVANCED VOICEMAIL SYSTEM
ON A SMALL BUSINESS BUDGET

phone system that will answer phones, take voicemails, and forward
callers to existing land lines, mobile phones, and even a softphone installed right on your computer.

To set up RingCentral, click on the link below. You will be directed to their site where you can set up your free trial account, create voicemail boxes, and set up call forwarding.

We recommend that you select a free toll-free number (800, 888, 877, or 866) and then forward your existing business line to that number. You can then have incoming calls directed to another land line, your cell phone, or your home phone. Note that you should NOT have incoming calls directed back to your main business line.

Because of this, you may wish to disable all extended services on your main business line to save additional costs per month.
